Submit death certificate and ID proof at the helpdesk.
Receive Cremation Slip
Collect cremation slip from helpdesk.
Cremation
Choose CNG or wood as per availability.
Death Certificate
Official certificate issued by Municipal Corporation.
Documents Required
- Death certificate (Doctor / Hospital)
- Government ID of deceased
- ID proof of person bringing body
- Contact number and address
Verify final list with helpline.
